Ankle Buoy
Hydrodynamic Ankle Buoy
Engage your core, build upper body strength, and improve your body position with the FINIS Ankle Buoy. The Ankle Buoy helps you realize full body rotation by connecting the shoulders, core, and hips all the way through the legs. Body alignment extends from fingertips to toes, so while traditional buoys are nice, placing a buoy at your ankles brings your feet to the surface of the water and eliminates uphill swimming.
Features
- BODY ALIGNMENT: Enhances body alignment by lifting the legs to the surface of the water
- FULL BODY ROTATION: Improves full body rotation by engaging the entire body from the shoulders down to the ankles
- BUILD STRENGTH: Immobilizing the legs improves arm, shoulder, and core strength
- COMFORTABLE FIT: Lightweight textured EVA foam fits comfortably around the ankles providing a secure fit
-
STREAMLINED CONTOURS: Design allows water to easily flow over the buoy
