Swim Block Track-Start
The Swim Block Track-Start is designed as an affordable way for swimmers to practice explosive race starts. The Track-Start is a platform that can be attached to your existing blocks via two methods: bolted or strapped. The bolt method is a semi permanent method requiring you to drill small holes into your block. The strap method is temporary and allows you to strap the platform onto your block when you are ready to practice with it. The Swim Block Track-Start fits all standard blocks and is FINA-compliant.

Care Instructions
- Method 1 - Temporary Installation
- When using the straps for anchoring purposes please refer to the following instructions.
- Rinse the Swim Block Track Start with fresh water after use.
- To remove dirt and debris, use a gentle plastic bristle scrub brush and fresh water.
- Cover Track Start with a block cover when using the Track Start on a daily basis.
- Remove Track Start from the swim block while not in constant use.
- Store in a cool dry place.
- Every 3-6 months we recommend using a non-abrasive cleanser such as mild dish soap with a gentle plastic bristle scrub brush and fresh water to remove excess dirt and debris.
- Method 2 - Semipermenant Instillation
- When using bolts for anchoring purposes please refer to the following instructions.
- Rinse the Swim Block Track Start with fresh water after use.
- To remove dirt and debris, use a gentle plastic bristle scrub brush and fresh water.
- Cover Track Start with a block cover while not in use.
- Remove Track Start from the swim block every 3-6 months.
- Once removed, use a non-abrasive cleanser such as mild dish soap with a gentle plastic bristle scrub brush and fresh water to remove excess dirt and debris.
